Agreement:

The undersigned hereby discharges the Hendersonville Antique Car Club, the City of Hendersonville, the Flat Rock Play House, The Elks Lodge, The Highland Lake Golf course, Volunteers, sponsors, and others associated with the Mountain Harvest Classic Car Cruise and the property owners, of the land used in and adjacent to the show of any and all claims, damages or loss to the undersigned property during the event.  The undersigned agrees to abide by the rules established by the Mountain Harvest Classic Car & Bike Cruise.  Anyone not in compliance will be suspended from future participation and are subject to removal.

I have read and will abide by the above rules and regulations throughout my association with the Mountain Harvest Classic Car & Bike Cruise.
